You can contact us regarding questions, concerns, problems with the game world. If your problem involves a specific character that you play, be sure to include that. You should use the player login name that you use to login to the game, so that we can identify you. If you have a screen shot showing the problem that you're having, please be sure to include that as well.
Your privacy is important to us! We will never sell your E-Mail address or provide it to another player without your explicit consent. The address is required by the form, but if you're not comfortable giving it to us and don't need a reply regarding what you're reporting, just use "none@example.com" (without the quotes) as your E-Mail address, and we'll know not to reply to that if we otherwise would have.
